Trent, Hollie, Jack & Newborn Quinn // Arlington, VA

What an AWESOME family. Trent, Hollie, Jack & Quinn made this past Sunday morning pretty special for me. It was the first time I'd ever done newborn photography, and they made it an absolute breeze. Let's be honest, they are an adorable family to begin with (which never hurts when doing a photoshoot!) but they were also so pleasant, so excited and so fun to work with. So, without further adieu, I'm thrilled to be able to present my first newborn sneak peek to you...this is Quinn, everyone!

Kati // Gravelly Point & Theodore Roosevelt Island

Well hello there friends! Even though it is a VERY hot and humid day here in DC, I'd like to take you back to the frigid month of February when I did this fun shoot with my beautiful cousin Kati. We ventured to one of our favorite Northern VA spots along the Potomac River - Gravelly Point Park! It was a majorly blustery day, but it was one of the first where there was a touch of springtime in the air. We had fun watching the planes and strolling along the river. If you've never been to Gravelly Point, I highly recommend it. The Reagan National Airport planes take off and land right above your head! And by "right over" I literally mean dangerously close to you. It's terrifying, but also somehow very mesmerizing and intriguing. It's worth the trip! 

PS - I don't know about you, but these photos make me long for boots, scarves and sweaters. C'mon Fall, hurry up already!

Natalie, Allison & Drew // Arlington, VA

Oh boy, I just really can't get over how adorable little Natalie is. Look at that sweet face! She (along with her parents, Allison & Drew) were such troopers -- putting up with the very hot, humid & buggy Arlington afternoon. We had a lot of fun watching a couple of birthday parties, playing with some big kids at the playground, and wandering down a local trail. A BIG thank you to the Whitt family for a lovely shoot!!

Sneak Peek! Little Natalie & Co. // Arlington, VA

Oh man, have I got another cute little one for you all! Friends, meet Natalie. We had our shoot at a little Arlington park, and she stuck with us through the bugs, heat and humidity - yuck. She's a trooper, I can tell ya that! 

Meet Coleman, Eamonn & Jack! // Arlington, VA

Oh man, do you guys remember Coleman, Eamonn, and Jack? It's been awhile since I first introduced them to you, but let me refresh your memory - they are three of the cutest little boys I've ever seen! We spent a perfect summer morning at an Arlington playground...going down the slides, playing in the sandbox, blowing bubbles, and even throwing around the football! It was pa-rrretty awesome. Anywho, I hope you enjoy these fun photos as much as I do!
